A French woman said she "nearly had a heart attack" after seeing a bill from her phone company for 11,721,000,000,000,000 Euros, the equivalent of $15 quadrillion dollars.  Solenne San Jose told reporters, "There were so many zeros, I
couldn't even work out how much it was."  A customer service rep initially
told her that the bill had been calculated automatically and that there was nothing
they could do.  Several days later, the company fixed the mistake, correcting
the number to 117.21 Euros, which is about $152 dollars.
